Terms of Service


Scope

Our general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods from our shop that you as a consumer or entrepreneur with us (Jeanine Muyumba, Neue Mainzer Straße 6-10, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, phone: 0711/12272443, email: info@ journeytochange.net).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Our general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary conditions only become part of the contract if and to the extent that we have expressly agreed to their validity. This approval requirement applies in any case, for example even if we carry out the contract without reservation in knowledge of the conditions.


Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the goods in our shop represents a legally binding offer on our part to conclude a contract. You can accept this offer by selecting the desired goods, placing them in the shopping cart, going through the ordering process and clicking the button that completes the ordering process .


Contract text

The text of the contract will be saved by us after the conclusion of the contract. We will send you the details of your order and our general terms and conditions by email.

If you create a customer account, you can view the data of your order in the customer account after the conclusion of the contract. You can view our general terms and conditions - in the current version - at any time in our shop.


Contract language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.


Input error

You can check your entries at any time before placing an order and identify input errors. If necessary, use the functions available in your browser to enlarge the display of your entries. You can correct your entries with the help of the correction aids provided in the ordering process and new entries using your mouse and keyboard. You can cancel the ordering process at any time before placing an order by closing the browser.


Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Since this is a digital product, revocation is only permitted if less than 50% of the course has been processed within one week.


Prices

The prices stated in our shop are final prices and include the applicable statutory sales tax, unless otherwise stated in the description of the goods.

If shipping or transport costs are incurred, these will be specified separately in the description of the goods.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs (customs duties, import sales tax, fees for currency exchange and money transactions, etc.) may be incurred, which you must bear and are not our responsibility. adyen (credit card)
If you have selected credit card as the payment method via adyen, issue a payment order as soon as you click on the button that completes the ordering process. Your credit card will be charged at this point. Payment is processed by Adyen NV, Netherlands. You can find more information in our shop and under https://www.adyen.com/de_DE/.

adyen (SEPA direct debit)
If you have selected SEPA direct debit via adyen as the payment method, the payment will be processed by Adyen NV, Netherlands. The payment is due as soon as you have issued a SEPA direct debit mandate and the period for advance information about the SEPA direct debit has expired. The payment will be collected as soon as the deadline for advance information about the SEPA direct debit has expired.

Apple Pay
If you have chosen Apple Pay as the payment method, issue a payment instruction as soon as you click the button that completes the ordering process. Depending on your home country, payment will be processed by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland, or another company (visible under https://www.apple.com/de/legal/internet-services/itunes/de/terms.html). Klarna (pay immediately by credit card)
If you have selected Klarna pay immediately by credit card as the payment method, issue a payment instruction as soon as you click on the button that completes the ordering process. Your credit card will be charged at this point. Payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden. If you have selected Klarna pay immediately by direct debit as the payment method, the payment will be processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden. The payment will be collected as soon as the deadline for advance information about the SEPA direct debit has expired. Before the contract is concluded, Klarna Bank AB (publ) carries out a credit check to decide whether this payment method is offered to you.

If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, issue a payment instruction as soon as you click on the button that completes the ordering process. prepayment via bank transfer
If you have selected advance payment by bank transfer as the payment method, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. We will give you our bank details for this. The goods are delivered after receipt of payment.


Delivery

We will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.

It is not possible to collect the ordered goods.


Retention of title

If we pay in advance (e.g. when purchasing on account), the goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.


Warranty

The statutory rights to liability for defects exist.


Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the shipping or transport service provider as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory or contractual warranty claims and their enforcement. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the shipping or transport service provider or the transport insurance.


Dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.


Choice of law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies without the reference standards of international private law and to the exclusion of the UN sales law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
